About Wave Apartment

The Wave apartment covers 43m² plus an additional 6m² of enclosed balcony space. It is located in Pržno, near the Maestral Hotel in Montenegro. The "Wave" apartment offers a stunning sea view and is just 200 meters from the beach and 100 meters from the bus station.

Apartment Features

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with microwave, toaster, espresso machine, pots and pans, hot and cold running water, exhaust fan, refrigerator, glassware, and plates. (Note: No dishwasher.)
• Bedroom: Large double bed (160x200 cm) with two bedside tables, air conditioning, a spacious wardrobe and smart TV.
• Living Room: Pull-out sofa (150x190 cm) with a mattress topper, bedding and covers, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi internet, and a Smart TV with 200+ channels including HBO and Cinemax. Movies, series,... (Note: No landline telephone.)
• Bathroom: Fully equipped with a hairdryer, washing machine (with detergent and color-catcher sheets), body and hand towels, body shampoo, liquid soap, and a boiler for hot and cold water.
• Balcony and Terrace: Enclosed balcony with a dining table and four chairs, plus a terrace with two sun umbrellas, a small wooden table, and three chairs.
• Parking: Free parking including a garage. Access secured with a ramp and remote control.

Occupancy

The apartment accommodates up to three persons with an option for one small pet. If two adults can comfortably sleep on the sofa bed, it can accommodate up to four adults.
